Processing of data on visitors to the bescore’S website

Given that BESCORE is a company of the Comcore group of companies (the "Group"), the data subject's data may be transferred to another member of the Group in order for that other member to carry out processing activities on behalf of BESCORE or to process it for its own purposes. Transfers to another member of the Group may take place to a country outside the European Economic Community, such as the United Kingdom or the People's Republic of China.
The transfer of BESCORE data to any country outside the European Economic Community is only based on an appropriate legal basis and appropriate safeguards in the GDPR, such as the transfer to the United Kingdom based on an adequacy decision by the Europee Commission. The appropriate safeguards are listed in Article 46 of the GDPR.
The processing of data obtained through the presence on the Social Media Sites is carried out on the Social Media Sites, so the duration and method of data processing, as well as the possibilities of deleting and modifying the data are also regulated by the given social site. The BESCORE shall not transfer user content published on the Social Media Sites to databases enabling personal data processing, except in cases where a user is interested in the BESCORE's job advertisement, in which case the BESCORE's data processing shall comply with the rules on personal data of job advertisers.

THE RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM
The Data Subjects may exercise their rights listed below by contacting the Data Controller via e-mail (pengyue@bescore-ess.com) or registered postal mail (Wollgrasweg 27, 70599 Stuttgart Germany). Queries sent in postal mails are regarded authentic if the sender can clearly be identified. Queries in e-mails are regarded authentic only if they are sent from the e-mail address of the Data Subject, which does not preclude other identifications of the Data Subject by the Data Controller.
The Data Controller examines the queries of the Data Subjects and makes decisions on such requests communicated in writing towards the affected Data Subject without undue delay.
The Data Subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the Personal Data and the following information without undue delay:
The Data Subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the Data Subject has the right to have incomplete Personal Data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
The Data Subject may request the erasure of his or her Personal Data processed by the Controller. The erasure may be refused (i) for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, or (ii) if the processing of the Personal Data is authorised by law; and (iii) for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, where necessary.
The Data Controller shall in any case inform the Data Subject of the refusal of the request for erasure, indicating the reasons for the refusal. Once the request for erasure of Personal Data has been complied with, the previous (erased) data can no longer be restored.
The Data Controller shall remove the Personal Data without undue delay, but no later than within 3 (three) working days: ·where processing is based on the data subject's consent, the data subject withdraws his or her consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing ·if the period of processing permitted by law has expired: ·if the purpose of the processing has been achieved ·where the Data Subject objects to processing based on legitimate interests and there is no overriding legitimate ground for the processing or the Data Subject objects to processing for direct marketing purposes ·if the personal data have been unlawfully processed; if the deletion of the personal data is required by law or public authority decision.
The Data Subject may request the Controller to restrict the processing of his or her Personal Data if the Data Subject contests the accuracy of the Personal Data processed. In this case, the restriction shall apply for the period of time necessary to allow the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of the Personal Data. The Controller shall flag the Personal Data it processes if the Data Subject contests its accuracy or correctness, but the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the contested Personal Data cannot be clearly established.
A Data Subject may also request that the Controller restricts the processing of his or her Personal Data if the processing is unlawful but the Data Subject opposes the erasure of the processed Personal Data and instead requests the restriction of its use.
The Data Subject may also request that the Controller restricts the processing of his or her Personal Data where the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled but the Data Subject requires the processing of the Personal Data by the Controller for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If Data Subjects believe that their rights were abused, they can initiate a court procedure in front of the regional court. Such procedure can be commenced in front of the regional court according to the address or the temporary residence of the Data Subject according to his choice. Upon request, BESCORE notifies the Data Subject on the possibility of legal remedies.
